I currently hunt the lower delta (causeway area) for early teal season, and I hunt the upper delta during normal season for wood ducks. Has any one ever had any luck or know of any teal in the upper delta north of the marsh in the south during September ?

I was out goose hunting this past weekend. Seen teal near Murphy hill, south sauty, and the resorts. Also a good spot for teal south is browns creek just past the power lines toward the back.

Well you must not like to hunt there!

All you have to say is you saw Teal on TN river or on the G.

Hush, loose lips sink ships.

I get your trying to help but I don't want extra folks who don't bother to scout to race me to a spot.

He still doesn't know where the X is. Gotta scout for that. Ducks landing 200 yards away from you is a hard thing to watch.

True, but 4-5 boats with spot lights and blinds that suck or people that hail call all day will ruin your hunt just the same.

Listen to me, I have seen this for 20+ years. I am trying to help you.

True. Although din't matter much anyway. bulk of the BWT migrated with that cold front just before season opened. Why cant they open goose and teal the same day?

I did not see any either.
I heard a few at daylight. The geese are sick of decoys already.
